(WATERTOWN, SD)- The Watertown Area United Way has recently donated over 50 books from the Dolly Parton Imagination Library to various local non-profit organizations, including the Beacon Center and Watertown Cares.
With your support this program is fully funded by the Watertown Area United Way to encourage young children to develop a love for reading by providing free books. This initiative is an excellent way to support early childhood education and promote literacy in the community.
We are proud to be a local affiliate for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library & share the love of reading with over 800 children a year!
The Watertown Area United Way is dedicated to improving the lives of youth, families, and seniors, and provides funding to more than 30 agencies in the Watertown area. The Watertown Area United Way is a non-profit community-based volunteer organization whose purpose is to assist in meeting human care needs of Watertown area residents.
